Room Mates and/or Families: “The Room Mates” layout features a 2-car garage, 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and plenty of flex spaces for everyone to be together or escape for quiet time.

Work From Home: “The Work + Live” layout features 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and a 2-car garage. The downstairs is an open concept work-space with living/sleeping on levels 2 and 3. One of the bedrooms is designed as a second office with a murphy bed to allow for couples with two working from home.

All lots are available on spec with the above design, for “build to suit” where you choose your floorplan and lot, and/or as a custom design+build designed in collaboration with Nimmo Architecture and one of the two builders listed above.
